Camilla Wilson's recent paintings are concerned with reflectivity and transparency, with doubling, and with light, which, inhabiting architecture, produces various projections. These multiply perceptions of space and enhance sensations of familiarity and displacement.
Sometimes, there is a figure somewhere, who participates in a relay of glances or in the return of an implied gaze, across thresholds of pictorial space.
Also shown are earlier paintings from her monochrome series that reference the constituent colours of photographic printing.
