Many artists associated with Seven Seven Contemporay Art have their studios at Bow Arts Trust. The annual Open Studios, an essential date in the summer season, takes place on Friday 19th June from 6pm. In addtion to the eighty plus open studios , the large crowd enjoy a party atmosphere in the courtyard with live music, Thai food and drinks. See the latest work from Seven Seven artists, Alan Bond, Robin Dixon, Dave Farnham, Mandy Hudson, Sayshun Jay, and Dawn Shorten. The event continues over the weekend, 20th and 21st, at 183 and 181 Bow Road E3. |
Seven Seven Contemporary is entering a new phase and is becoming a different kind of organization with a new website layout to support it. We now operate as an artist group, organizing exhibitions and projects in the UK and overseas. In addition to supporting and promoting the existing gallery artists, new artists will become members of the group and it will be possible to view each artists page, to engage with their work, track their projects or purchase through the website. The gallery space in Broadway Market continues to be part of the cultural community and has become ‘Donlon Books' a specialist art bookshop. www.donlonbooks.co.uk
